Air India the least emittent of carbon and noise at Heathrow Airport

December 1, 2017: Air India has been tagged as the cleanest and least noise polluting airline among airlines operating out of Heathrow Airport.

This has come out in a survey conducted by Heathrow Airport recently. Air India which operates Boeing 787 Dreamliners between India and Heathrow topped the survey, while British Airways (short haul) was at fourth on the list and Emirates was at ninth.

The results are based on data collated between July and September this year of 50 airlines operating out of Heathrow Airport.
