Air Seychelles to fly daily to Mumbai in summer 2020
December 19, 2019: Air Seychelles, the national airline of the Republic of Seychelles, will be increasing its services to Mumbai from six flights per week to daily during the peak summer months of 2020.
December 19, 2019: Air Seychelles, the national airline of the Republic of Seychelles, will be increasing its services to Mumbai from six flights per week to daily during the peak summer months of 2020.
The announcement came during the airline’s celebration of completing five years of non-stop service between India and Seychelles. Launched as a three per week service in December 2014, the Seychelles flag carrier now operates six weekly flights to India’s financial capital and has transported more than 900 tonnes of cargo between the two countries.
Since 2014, Air Seychelles has carried over 500,000 passengers between Mumbai and Seychelles operated by the airline new Airbus A320neo aircraft consisting of 12 business class and 156 economy class seats.
Beyond Mumbai, together with codeshare partner Air India, the airline also offers domestic services to eight cities including Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, Kochi, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Trivandrum and international services between Mumbai and Bangkok.

As proof of our commitment to further support our network growth plans, in 2020, during the peak summer months, Air Seychelles will increase its services to India from six flights per week to daily.”

In fact, Air Seychelles is also celebrating one year of a successful codeshare partnership with India’s flag carrier, Air India,” he added.
