Blue Dart Q3 net profit flat at Rs 89cr, revenue up 3%

Blue Dart Express, a part of DHL eCommerce division, reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 89 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2023 compared to Rs 88 crore in Q3FY2023.

Consolidated operating revenue was up marginally (three percent) at Rs 1,383 crore, according to an official release.

For the nine months ended December 31, 2023, consolidated revenue was flat at Rs 3,945 crore while net profit dropped 25 percent to Rs 223 crore.

Blue Dart Express handled 919 lakh shipments, weighing 314,239 tonnes in the quarter ended December 31, 2023, the release added.

As part of DHL Group, Blue Dart covers over 220 countries and territories, and offers the entire spectrum of distribution services including air express, freight forwarding, supply chain solutions and customs clearance, the release added.
