Ecom Express promotes Bhattacharjya as Chief Product Officer

Ecom Express announced the promotion of Krishnananda Bhattacharjya as Chief Product Officer.

Bhattacharjya will spearhead the conceptualisation and design of business-facing products including innovation while continuing to lead the network architecture for existing offerings, says an official release.

Having joined Ecom Express in 2018, Bhattacharjya, an alumnus of ISB, has been instrumental in shaping the network planning function as well as overseeing control tower operations, the release added. "His key contributions include the implementation of automated sorters, a key driver in Ecom Express' automation journey. The initiative has significantly enhanced the company's capacity, and combined with data science capabilities, enabling targeted network footprint, and delivering unparalleled service levels in the market."
