BIMCO, Achilles announce partnership to enhance maritime standards

BIMCO, the world’s largest international shipping association, and Achilles, an expert in supply chain risk management solutions, announced a partnership to support standardisation and operational efficiency in the maritime sector.

"The agreement reflects BIMCO’s ongoing commitment to improve consistency and transparency across the shipping industry. Under the agreement, BIMCO members will receive discounted access to Achilles enterprise supply chain solutions, the release added. "The offer is designed to help organisations improve supplier performance, manage risk and streamline procurement processes. Achilles will also join BIMCO’s technology partnership programme, further strengthening the collaboration between the two organisations and fostering shared innovation."
