Approximately 30% of the seasonal workforce will be sourced from Tier 3 cities, ensuring sufficient manpower to meet the anticipated demand. This initiative is focused on inclusivity and fostering opportunities within India’s expanding logistics sector.
They are also maximizing the use of their warehouse facilities, operating at full capacity and including temporary storage options to handle the projected increase in customer demand. This ensures that the company can maintain efficient turnaround times even during peak festive periods.
