Shiprocket has introduced Shiprocket Copilot—an AI-powered assistant designed to assist sellers' management and expansion of e-commerce businesses.

Designed as a virtual assistant for sellers, Shiprocket Copilot handles a wide range of critical tasks, from processing orders, and checking COD billing to assisting with queries on international shipping or Whatsapp suite, offering solutions that are precise to the queries and suggesting ways to incorporate those into sellers' business.

According to a recent study by Meta, 94 percent of MSMEs acknowledge AI's potential to drive significant business growth, with 91 percent emphasising the need for accessible and affordable AI technologies.

This AI assistant acts as a go-to platform for merchants, similar to ChatGPT, helping them solve queries independently and on demand.

Shiprocket Copilot offers a suite of powerful features tailored specifically for the needs of Indian MSMEs:

Instant answers
Provides quick, relevant responses to questions about platform usage and data insights, saving valuable time for sellers and offering instant help.

Real-time resolution
Backed by an extensive knowledge base that is updated every 15 days, ensuring sellers always have access to the latest information.

Contextual understanding
Utilises advanced GenAI models like LLaMA, GPT, and Gemini to deliver precise, multilingual answers and minimise inaccuracies.

Designed for maximum accessibility, Shiprocket Copilot’s user-friendly chat interface delivers a seamless experience, giving sellers 24/7 step-by-step guidance for managing tasks independently.

“With features like live package tracking and RTO (Return to Origin) performance insights, Copilot transforms complex eCommerce queries into easy-to-understand and self-reliant information for MSMEs,” reads the release.

"Shiprocket Copilot was inspired by the everyday challenges we saw small businesses face in the eCommerce space,” shared Saahil Goel, MD & CEO of Shiprocket. “We wanted to create a solution that would empower sellers to make quick, informed decisions without relying on external support for every step. With Copilot, sellers gain a powerful, user-friendly tool that guides them through essential processes—whether it's setting up new sales channels, managing returns, or tracking shipments. This capability allows them to navigate the complexities of the digital landscape independently, helping them not only grow their businesses but also play an integral role in strengthening India’s economic resilience."

Looking forward, Shiprocket plans to continually upgrade Copilot’s capabilities with enhanced data analytics, predictive insights, and advanced AI-driven recommendations, making the process even smoother for merchants and fuelling the journey toward a digitally empowered and self-reliant India.
