Key Updates
Address storage
Companies can now count stock by locations and storage bins, improving stock management for businesses with large or complex inventories. Bins are uniquely identified by location (zone, row, and rack) and name, speeding up order picking, packing, and tracking while reducing search times.
Barcode scanning
Items, packaging, bundles, and storage bins can now be barcoded, increasing warehouse efficiency and minimizing human errors. Scanning directly from the warehouse floor ensures accurate, up-to-date inventory records.
Enhanced reporting
Timely and accurate updates and reports on stock levels, warehouse operations, and stock movements enable informed decision-making. Kladana’s advanced reporting tools provide insights into process effectiveness and inventory behaviour.
The Director of Kladana in India, Aleksandra Brovchuk said, "Indian MSMEs and D2C brands often struggle with inventory accuracy and warehouse space management. With our recent WMS update, we aim to help businesses manage inventory more efficiently by improving warehouse management. Features like real-time stock visibility, bin storage, barcode scanning, and partial inventory counts by location will reduce errors, optimize order picking, and enhance operational efficiency. Ultimately, this update supports SMEs in staying organized and responsive to market demands with a single integrated platform."
Kladana's new WMS tackles the common challenge of inventory management uncertainty and time-consuming inventory counts. By using warehouse locations and storage bins, items are tracked more clearly, improving operational efficiency and simplifying processes.
