LP Logiscience to expand warehousing capacity in Tamil Nadu

Proposed warehouse in Coimbatore spans 1.3 lakh sq. ft., offering a storage capacity of over 15,000 pallet positions

LP Logiscience, the contract logistics and warehousing arm of the Liladhar Pasoo Group, announced the expansion of its warehousing capabilities in Tamil Nadu with a state-of-the-art Grade A warehouse.

Situated near Madukkarai in Coimbatore, the proposed warehouse spans 1.3 lakh sq. ft., offering a storage capacity of over 15,000 pallet positions, according to an official press release from LP Logiscience. Situated one km from the NH544 bypass, the location is strategically designed to cater to diverse industries.

The warehouse features a height of 12 meters with roof monitors and louvers to ensure optimal ventilation. It is equipped with advanced fire safety systems including FRLS cables, flameproof lights, sprinklers, a hydrant system and beam detectors.

Additionally, the facility includes docking stations with hydraulic dock levelers, roof insulation, customised storage solutions with heavy-duty racks and mezzanine storage options, and FM2-grade flooring for durability. To support sustainability, the warehouse also features a rainwater harvesting system and a sewage treatment plant, the release added.

JLL India is the transaction partner for the e-warehouse that will be developed by NDR Space, the release added.
