Lufthansa Cargo appoints Elodie Berthonneau as VP, Asia-Pacific
Berthonneau brings over 25 years of aviation industry experience, having held senior management positions.
Elodie Berthonneau will take on the role of Vice President, Asia-Pacific, Lufthansa Cargo in Singapore, effective October 1, 2024.
Berthonneau will lead sales and handling across one of Lufthansa Cargo's key markets, which includes China, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Oceania, says an official release. “Berthonneau has joined Lufthansa Cargo from Qatar Cargo, where she was Vice President of Network Planning and Strategic Partnership.”
With over 25 years of experience in the aviation industry, Berthonneau has held various management positions in sales, pricing, profit management and strategic planning at Qatar Airways and Air France KLM, the release added. “Her previous roles have encompassed building start-ups, restructuring organisations, redesigning networks, forging major strategic partnerships, and managing teams. Having worked across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, she brings extensive international experience to her new role.”
