WebCargo by Freightos has partnered with Qatar Airways Cargo as the first airline to offer WebCargo Pay in India, complementing WebCargo’s existing air cargo booking solution.

"This simplifies and streamlines how forwarders book and pay for air cargo shipments. With WebCargo Pay, traditional barriers like bank guarantees are removed, making one-stop air cargo pricing, booking and payment seamless and efficient," says an official release from Freightos.

With WebCargo’s booking and payment solution, forwarders can access Qatar Airways Cargo’s capacity and competitive rates, the release added.

Highlights:

*Simplified payments: Users can top up their WebCargo wallet in local currency built in partnership with a leading payment platform provider Juspay Technologies.

*No bank guarantee required: Eliminates the need for traditional guarantees or collateral, offering more financial flexibility.

*Zero wait time: Real-time payment integration speeds up rate confirmation and bookings, reducing delays caused by manual approvals; and

*Level playing field: Small and mid-sized forwarders gain immediate access to Qatar Airways Cargo’s capacity, giving them a competitive edge during peak shipping periods.
