Bolloré Logistics India & CFM sign contract for engine transportation

The contract was signed between Karthigeyan Ramaswamy, managing director, CFM Aircraft Engine Support South Asia Pvt Ltd and Philippe Lortal, CEO, Middle East and South Asia, Bolloré Logistics.
"The contract signed is for importation into India including custom clearance at Delhi airport. The contract also includes services related to re-export from India which includes outbound export custom process at Khurja to re-export back to the origin. Bolloré Logistics is also nominated for the International Freight Forwarding to various origins from Delhi" said Ramaswamy.
Bolloré Logistics is a subsidiary of Bolloré, an independent industrial group in transport and logistics with 609 offices in 107 countries. The company services include multimodal transport, customs and regulatory compliance, logistics, global supply chain and industrial projects.
CFM International is a 50:50 joint company between Safran Aircraft Engines and GE Aviation headquartered in Ohio, USA that manufactures the CFM56 and CFMLEAP jet engines.
