CMA CGM launches Reefer Pharma division for temperature-controlled products
CMA CGM has launched its Reefer Pharma division dedicated to temperature-controlled shipping of pharmaceutical products.
The Group will provide customers a dedicated team of experts who will ensure 24/7 monitoring from the Group’s head office in Marseilles.
May 17, 2019: CMA CGM has launched its Reefer Pharma division dedicated to temperature-controlled shipping of pharmaceutical products.
As part of the division, the Group will provide customers with a dedicated team of experts who will ensure 24/7 monitoring from the Group's head office in Marseilles, as well as aboard its ships and from the company's operational centres in Singapore and Miami.
The Group claims it will provide safety procedures, transparency and real-time monitoring and conduct regular inspections of CMA CGM subcontractors and facilities.
Speaking at the launch of the Reefer Pharma division, Mathieu Friedberg, senior vice president Commercial Agencies Network CMA CGM, said: "By launching the CMA CGM Reefer Pharma division, we are seeking to raise the standards of safety and care regarding the goods that our customers entrust to us. For us, it's a matter of responsibility and delivering on our promise to provide optimal, adapted solutions."
