CMA CGM reorganises AS1 service by connecting Nhava Sheva

July 17, 2020: The French Shipping line CMA CGM has announced the reorganization of its weekly AS1 service now connecting North & Central China with Nhava Sheva Port, Mundra Port, Qasim International Container Terminal (QICT) and South Asian Pakistan Terminals (SAPT) in the Indian Subcontinent via Singapore, effective in August 2020.

July 17, 2020: The French Shipping line CMA CGM has announced the reorganization of its weekly AS1 service now connecting North & Central China with Nhava Sheva Port, Mundra Port, Qasim International Container Terminal (QICT) and South Asian Pakistan Terminals (SAPT) in the Indian Subcontinent via Singapore, effective in August 2020.

Revised port rotation: Qingdao - Shanghai - Ningbo - Singapore - Nhava Sheva - Mundra - Port Qasim - Karachi - Singapore - Qingdao.

Nhava Sheva is the new addition while it has removed Port of Kelang and Shekou from the service.

These changes will be effective as of m/v "BALTIC BRIDGE" ETD Qingdao on August 18, 2020.

Meanwhile, Maersk has introduced its new intra-Asia service Jade Express, commencing September 3, 2020, out of Colombo connecting the Far East Asia, Indian Subcontinent and Pakistan. The rotation will be: Colombo - Mundra - Port Qasim - Mundra.

MSC recently added a new intra-Asia service, called Seahorse, and the rotation is Tanjung Pelepas - Singapore - Jakarta - Yantian - Kaohsiung - Manila - Vung Tau - Laem Chabang - Tanjung Pelepas.
