iThink Logistics has collaborated with what3words, the innovative location technology company to empower e-commerce customers to add a what3words addresses field at checkout to enable fast, reliable, and accurate deliveries.

"what3words is revolutionising the way the world communicates location. It has divided the world into a grid of 3m x 3m squares and given each a unique combination of three words: a what3words address. For example, ///dealings.sleeping.makeup will take you to a perfect viewpoint of the Gateway of India in Mumbai. Unlike complex latitude and longitude coordinates, what3words addresses are more accessible to say, share, and remember. This level of accuracy is particularly advantageous for iThink Logistics' diverse audience, including Indian e-commerce sellers navigating domestic markets," says an official release from iThink.

One of the benefits of what3words is its global and domestic applicability, the release added. "what3words is available in 60 languages including 13 South Asian languages: Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada, Nepali, Urdu, Gujarati, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia, and Sinhala."

Chris Sheldrick, Co-Founder and CEO, what3words adds: “Nothing is more frustrating than a parcel not arriving exactly where it should, and often this is because the delivery address isn't accurate or reliable. The e-commerce space in India is growing rapidly, and it’s brilliant that brands like iThink Logistics are embracing technology like what3words to innovate and enhance the delivery experience.”
