Pickrr records delivery of 10 million shipments in Q1 of 2022
Recently, the brand has announced the same-day delivery in the metro markets.
The SaaS-based logistics start-up Pickrr has announced the achievement of the milestone of 10 million shipments in the first quarter of 2022.
With 75,000+ sellers on board, Pickrr delivers over 3 million monthly shipments accounting for an average daily order volume of more than 1 lacs. Recently, the brand has announced the same-day delivery in the metro markets.
"Despite receiving such a massive order volume daily, Pickrr has maintained the momentum of delivering 80-90 percent of total shipments within 24 to 48 hours. With the help of its tech-enabled VAS, such as Pickrr Connect, Pickrr Predict, and courier partner recommendation engine, the brand has provided end-to-end logistics support to its sellers," reads the release.
Pickrr Plus fulfillment centers have also played a vital role in achieving the milestone. The extensive network of Pickrr Plus fulfillment centers has empowered D2C brands and sellers to accelerate turn-around-time (TAT) for order delivery at lower transportation costs, contributing to the surge in overall sales.
Gaurav Mangla, CEO & co-founder of Pickrr, said, "The achievement of 10 million shipments delivery in the first quarter of 2022 has given us a head start in achieving our targets this year. The strong performance at the onset of this year has motivated us to strive for more, and we are continuously strengthening our team to roll out innovations in the tech-logistics sector and expanding the network of Pickrr Plus fulfillment centers to increase storage capacity, promote deeper market penetration in untapped regions while making last-mile operations quicker."
Pickrr's tech-driven solutions have harnessed the opportunities in the growing D2C eCommerce marketplace. Owing to this encouraging performance in the first quarter of 2022, Pickrr will keep expanding its operations across the country, especially in difficult-to-reach territories. The fulfillment facilities of Pickrr will continue to solve logistic barriers such as high cost of transportation, reverse logistics, better last-mile operation, and quicker turn-around time of the consignment delivery.
