Writing about the development in a LinkedIn post, she said: "After 13 years with IATA, I felt it was time to move and drive cargo transformation from a different angle. Stay tuned while I am enjoying a summer break and exploring my next opportunities and don't hesitate to reach out as well if you feel I can help you!"

She further added, "Enthusiastic intrapreneur and driver for change, I am always looking for ways to challenge the status quo, improve existing processes, answer new business challenges and customer needs. Passionate about innovation and sustainability in its broader sense, I love exploring new areas, concepts and technologies."

Hourcade has been involved in projects such as ONE Record, Smart Facility, Interactive Cargo to make cargo talk, Modern Cargo Distribution and 'Drones for tomorrow's air cargo'.
