June 7, 2021: EV-based startup in last-mile delivery, Zypp Electric, has announced the launch of its unique services in Hyderabad today.

The company has started its operation with 100 EV bikers in Hyderabad, one of the leading technology hubs of the country.

With this, Hyderabad becomes the first city for Zypp Electric to start its operations in Southern India. It has partnered with grocery, e-retail and food tech giants like Bigbasket, SPAR Hypermarkets and Grofers to electrify the last mile delivery. All the deliveries will be done with API integrated electric vehicles. Moreover, the company is installing 20 battery swapping & charging stations to run the vehicles smoothly.

Zypp has hired a team of professionally trained riders both male and female for their deliveries. All the riders are following the Covid etiquettes by wearing masks, gloves and face shields for necessary protection. This will ensure the safe delivery of goods without any contact with the customers.
