Allcargo Gati has elevated Narayanam Sesha Srikanth to the position of Head of Human Resources at Gati Express & Supply Chain (Material Subsidiary of Allcargo Gati) with effect from January 03, 2025.

“Srikanth has been an integral part of the Allcargo Gati team since August 2016, contributing significantly to the organization’s growth journey,” reads the release.

With over two decades of experience spanning talent acquisition, employee engagement, business partnerships, and change management, he brings a wealth of expertise to this new role.

Throughout his career, Srikanth has been known for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering impactful workforce initiatives, and leading transformative efforts across various industries. His professional journey includes key roles at Genpact, Infosys, Cognizant, and Matrimony.com, where he developed a track record of driving meaningful outcomes through effective human resource practices.
