KSH Distriparks expands fleet of trailers
Trailers offer real-time tracking and monitoring, ensuring cargo safety and security.
KSH Distriparks, a logistics provider specialising in container solutions, is expanding its fleet with new trailers, including advanced reefer models.
The strategic investment aims to boost logistics capabilities, enhance customer service, and support the company's growth targets. With these additions, the total fleet now numbers 159 trailers, according to an official release by KSH Distriparks.
“Road transport accounts for 71 percent of all logistics operations in India, making trucks and trailers crucial to the country's transportation infrastructure. According to a recent report, the freight and logistics market is projected to grow annually by 8.8 percent, reaching $484.43 billion by 2029, up from $317.26 billion in 2024, driven by technological advancements. As transportation needs rise, the demand for trailers has surged, indicating economic growth, promising job creation, and improved business scalability.”
The new trailers feature the latest BSVI technology, designed to endure challenging transportation conditions, the release added. “Equipped with advanced telematics, they offer real-time tracking and monitoring, ensuring cargo safety and security. Powered by innovative iGen6 Technology engines, these trailers are among the most advanced in the industry. The reefer trailers, designed for perishable goods, come equipped with advanced genset units for precise temperature control, ensuring the integrity of goods during transit. Additionally, these trailers feature energy-efficient generators that lower operational costs and minimise environmental impact.”
