Multiples Alternate Asset Management (“Multiples”) has acquired a significant minority stake in INSTANT-XP, a leading tech-driven B2B express logistics company in India, according to an official release from Multiples.

Express logistics is one of the fastest-growing segments in the logistics industry, driven by customers' demand for faster supply chains across sectors like retail, e-commerce, and automotive, mentions the release.
