Shadowfax strengthens board with three independent directors

Shadowfax announced the induction of Bijou Kurien, Ruchira Shukla and Pirojshaw Sarkari as independent directors on its board.
The move reinforces Shadowfax’s commitment to enhancing governance, leveraging domain expertise and driving operational excellence, says an official release.
Kurien brings over 35 years of experience in FMCG, consumer durables and retail. "Shadowfax is transforming the logistics sector through technology and operational excellence – particularly innovating a lot around speed. I look forward to contributing to its continued growth and impact on last-mile delivery."
Shukla has over 25 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, strategy consulting and investment banking across India, U.S. and Europe. "Shadowfax is a leading third partly logistics player in India’s e-commerce ecosystem, known for path-breaking innovations that consistently create customer value. I look forward to supporting its governance and innovation over the coming years."
Sarkari, a chartered accountant by profession, is a seasoned leader in logistics and supply chain management. "Shadowfax’s technology-first approach and customer-centric mindset have helped it impact several transformations in the industry from reverse logistics to quick commerce & same day delivery. I look forward to contributing to its sustainable scale-up as it embarks on adding to its suite of services."
