Dr. Ravi Prakash Mathur, a renowned supply chain expert, has been appointed as the Head of Global Freight and Projects at Apollo Tyres Ltd. This new role marks a significant milestone in Dr. Mathur's illustrious career, which spans over three decades.
As a highly respected supply chain professional, Dr. Mathur brings 30 years of experience in supply chain management, digital transformation, and global logistics. He has worked with several top-tier companies, including Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd., where he served as the Vice President of Supply Chain Management. Dr. Mathur's expertise includes handling global logistics, digital supply chain planning systems, and procurement. He has a proven track record in leading supply chain transformation and is a recipient of the "National Thought Leadership" award.
Dr. Mathur is a published author and has written several papers on supply chain management, which have been published in leading journals and institutions such as Harvard Business Publishing. His latest book, "Strategic Value Chains: Unlocking Business Success in the Digital Age," was launched at the Global Pharma Logistics Summit 2024. He is also a visiting faculty member at business schools and a member of academic boards.

He serves as a mentor at T-Hub, Hyderabad, the world's largest technology incubator, where he guides startups in scaling their operations.
