June 6, 2019: Dubai-based RSA Global has launched an e-commerce fulfilment solution with a capacity to service up to 10,000 consignments per day for online sellers who have an eye on the high potential markets of the Middle East and African continent.
Through the solution, RSA Global is moving in the direction towards digitising the entire freight forwarding process, with transparency and control as the primary objectives. The company has made significant investments in technology and infrastructure that hopes to counter challenges posed by the emerging markets, while promising a solution to elevate the customer experience.
This customer experience is classified broadly into: first mile, linehaul, customs clearance, final mile and integration options. The company is also designing multimodal shipping options to optimise cost and efficiency for clients with varying demands.
