SpiceJet to introduce daily evening flight to enhance frequency on Jaipur - Udaipur route

September 25, 2017: SpiceJet has announced the launch of a new daily evening direct flight on the Jaipur – Udaipur – Jaipur sector starting from October 13, 2017. This will be in addition to the daily morning flight.

Deploying its Bombardier Q400 aircraft on the sector, SG 2971 will take off from Jaipur at 6.35 pm and reach Udaipur at 7.45 pm. The return flight from Udaipur, SG 2972, will take off at 8.05 pm and reach Jaipur at 8.55 pm. With the addition of this new flight, the airline will now connect Udaipur twice daily from Jaipur.

Jaipur is also connected with Delhi, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jammu and Surat with direct flights and connects Goa and Mumbai via Ahmedabad and Surat respectively and a host of other Indian cities on the domestic network. Internationally Jaipur is connected with a daily flight to Dubai and convenient via connections to Muscat, Colombo and Bangkok.

Passengers from Udaipur get convenient onward connections to Bengaluru, Chennai, Goa, Hyderabad and Kolkata via Mumbai, Delhi and Jaipur on the domestic network and Bangkok, Dubai and Kabul on SpiceJet’s international network.

Shilpa Bhatia, chief sales and revenue officer, SpiceJet said, “The new evening flight will give passengers an option of same day return. The flight will be beneficial not only to business and government officials, but will also give leisure traveller and tourists more flexibility.”
