Currently enabling the delivery of 17,500 consignment notes (around 1,40,000 pieces) each day, Spoton Logistics is expecting a significant surge this festive season with retail, e-commerce, and FMCG sectors driving this spike,” noted the release.
Spoton Logistics offers a self-service portal where customers can place and track their orders; reducing the overall cycle time. With accuracy and detail, the system provides end-to-end traceability of shipments to the customers. The all-in-one customer service web solution provides a single-window solution right from booking until POD (Proof of Delivery) is acknowledged. It also enables electronic execution of pick-up, e-way bill creation, and Part-B Updation, besides providing customers with informative dashboards and allowing for electronic payments.
