October 31, 2018: In a latest move, Turkish Cargo has initiated cargo flights to Bengaluru. The airline aims to connect Bengaluru, having a high annual export potential of 170 thousand tonnes, to its destinations across the Middle East.
The airline is flying its Airbus 330-200F on the route.
Bengaluru, which is a major production hub for aerospace, pharmaceutical, IT industry, computer and hi-tech products, is distinguished for its exported articles such as pharmaceuticals, perishable goods (fruits and vegetables), electronic, engineering, valuable items and textile products.
