Prozo opens 99,000 sq.ft Kanchipuram warehouse

Prozo, India’s full-stack supply chain company, has operationalized a 99,771 sq. ft. warehouse at Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu. The warehouse location in Sriperumbudur Taluk, near Chennai, is within 5 km of NH48, says an official release.
"Chennai is one of the most important trade hubs in India, and the ports in and around the region receive shipments from around the world. Further, the industrial region also produces a diversity of goods ranging from electronics, and computer hardware to handicrafts and fabric. With rising e-commerce logistics needs in the area, there is also a very high demand for enterprise-grade warehousing and integrated logistics support. Through rapid expansion across peninsular India, Prozo has emerged as a key player in meeting this demand."
The facility, which is the fourth facility for a key enterprise client of Prozo, is fully compliant with fire NOC and VDF flooring and has a load bearing capacity of five tonnes, the release added.
