Sumadhura leases warehouse to Zepto, NX Logistics in Bengaluru
This facility is part of Sumadhura’s partnership with NX Logistics India, which has been sub-leased to Zepto.

Sumadhura Group has leased a 1.8 lakh sq. ft warehousing facility to Zepto and NX Logistics India (Part of Nippon Express) at the 100-acre Sumadhura Logistics Park in Bengaluru.
This facility is part of Sumadhura’s partnership with NX Logistics India, which involves a lease agreement for 1.8 lakh sq. ft. The facility is subleased to Zepto and is equipped with infrastructure to support the storage and logistics operations of Zepto across multiple categories.
“This milestone marks the establishment of one of Zepto’s most advanced logistics spaces, aiming to optimise its supply chain and cater to its growing operations in the region,” the Sumadhura Group release reads.
The first phase of Sumadhura Logistics Park involves a planned investment of ₹600 crore to deliver 2.5 million square feet of warehousing space, with a plan to expand to 6 million square feet in subsequent phases. Sumadhura Logistics Park has delivered 5,00,000 sq. ft space till today and plans to complete 8,00,000 sq.ft by March 2025.
