TVS ILP enters Andhra Pradesh with 3 lakh sqft facility in Vijayawada

TVS Industrial and Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) has expanded into the heart of Andhra Pradesh with a state-of-the-art warehousing facility in Vijayawada.

Spanning 13 acres, this new warehouse represents TVS ILP's commitment to enhancing the logistics landscape in South India by offering top-tier infrastructure tailored to meet the evolving needs of various industries. With a built-up area of 3.2 lakh square feet, the warehouse's strategic location offers excellent connectivity to the airport, railway station, and to National & State Highways.

Vijayawada, a key hub in South India, has long been recognized for its strategic location and robust connectivity, making it an ideal location for industrial growth. The city’s growing domestic consumption coupled with the growth of the industrial sectors, including agriculture, food-processing, textiles, and pharmaceuticals, are catalyst to the rising demand in warehousing and industrial space in the city. Andra Pradesh has recently received significant support from the central government, which is expected to boost development in the state.
