TVS ILP expands into Kerala with Kochi facility acquisition

TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP), a leading developer of industrial and logistics parks in India, has announced its expansion into Kerala with the acquisition of a state-of-the-art facility in Kochi. The new facility spans 3 lakh sq. ft., making TVS ILP the first pan-India developer to enter the Kerala market, solidifying its position as a leader in Grade A industrial infrastructure development across the country. Located on a 10-acre site in Edayar, Kerala, the warehouse boasts a strategic location, offering excellent connectivity for its customers, according to an official release from TVS ILP.

TVS ILP’s new Kochi Park is designed with a focus on operational efficiency and sustainability. The facility features ample parking areas suitable for 24/7 operations, a high clear height of 12 meters, LED lighting, and facilities equipped with solar panel installations, the release added.
