August 13, 2020: The Indian direct to customer (D2C) tech-enabled logistics startup, Shiprocket has plans to consolidate its existing team of 310 employees by hiring 60 additional skilled applicants in the next six months.
August 13, 2020: The Indian direct to customer (D2C) tech-enabled logistics startup, Shiprocket has plans to consolidate its existing team of 310 employees by hiring 60 additional skilled applicants in the next six months. Shiprocket already hired 25 employees during the April to June quarter of this year.
With the new appointments, the company aims to reinforce its engineering, product, logistics operations and account management teams at junior and mid-level positions.
The company is looking for candidates with strong interpersonal communication skills, analytical skills, time management, relationship building, and a flair for customer service.
Shiprocket is conducting job interviews via video calls and is looking for candidates through job portals, personal networks, internal references, and third-party vendors.
With the festive season around the corner, Shiprocket along with the internal hiring intends to expand its customer service call centre according to the demand. Shiprocket is increasing its team size by 25 percent on a year-on-year basis.
