Indospace launches 2 new logistics parks

IndoSpace launched two new logistics parks, one in Dhatir, near Palwal and the other in Taoru, near Sohna further strengthening its presence in the National Capital Region (NCR).

The parks have a development potential of more than 3.4 million square feet and an investment of approximately 1,000 crores.

The parks are near to highways like the NH - 919 with direct access to the upcoming Delhi Mumbai Expressway, Western DFC, and DND-Faridabad- EPR/KMP Expressway - all to be fully operational by 2025.

With 8 operational Grade A parks near major manufacturing destinations across Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh, IndoSpace has established an extensive foothold in the NCR.

The parks in Dhatir and Taoru are the latest additions to IndoSpace’s portfolio in the region after Badli, Bhaproda, Luhari, and Farukhnagar.
