Shadowfax adds 2000+ cities, reaches 14K pincodes

Shadowfax has announced a major increase in its India coverage to 14,000 pincodes.

This marks an increase of over 6000 pincodes from January this year which will help Shadowfax serve more than 85 percent of India's population.

With the festive season just around the corner, Shadowfax has expanded its network to cover over 2000+ new cities, which is the fastest rate of addition that the industry has ever seen.

This expansion has been conducted without any fixed cost addition via a model of franchisee development which has created job opportunities in the T3 and T4 towns.

Within just a year, the company's market share has surged from 6% to 18 percent. With the aim of covering all 20,000 pin codes, Shadowfax is working towards capturing 30 percent of the Indian market share.

Praharsh Chandra, Shadowfax: “We intend to continue our momentum to reach 20,000 pincodes over the coming 6 months which will help us cover 100% of India."
