The global air cargo General Sales & Service Agent (GSSA) Air Logistics Group (ALG) is celebrating 20 years of providing GSSA solutions in India today, on June 14, 2024.

It was in June 2004, that Air Logistics Group launched its Indian head office in Delhi. As it celebrates its 20th anniversary, ALG is looking forward to the next 20 years and promises regional expansion, as the evolving landscape of the Indian aviation & logistics industry drives airlines to consider smaller cities/airports.

With a network of 88 offices in 48 countries across 6 continents, Air Logistics Group provides customised cargo solutions across the globe, including sales, marketing, operations, customer service and accounting, supported by advanced business intelligence tools.

ALG’s India operation has a pan-India presence, encompassing all metro cities in India, with an experienced team providing customer service “while upholding the highest standards of integrity,” as he puts it.

Further experience and flair have been added to the Air Logistics Group management team as Sakshi Gupta, country manager India, joined the organisation in July 2016.

She believes that the organisation’s success lies in the strong foundation that Air Logistics Group provides – financial stability, IT investment, compliance and business intelligence – alongside the knowledge and expertise that the local team have in this unique market.

Stephen Dawkins, chief executive officer of Air Logistics Group, confirms that Air Logistics India has contributed significantly to the global growth of Air Logistics Group over the last 20 years.
